Seasoned executive with extensive experience in the capital markets will aid Kontera as the company experiences significant sales growth

Yaron joins Kontera after spending the last 15 years in senior financial positions at leading technology companies where he led public offerings and a few significant merger and acquisition deals worth more than $2 billion.
