Senior Account Executive, New York City
Reports to: Director, Advertising Sales

Job Description:

The Account Executive will be responsible for building partnerships with advertising agencies and direct advertisers. You must be comfortable with selling over the phone via cold calling as well as in high level face to face meetings, closing multiple accounts on a weekly basis, and working in a fast-paced small team environment. You must possess a proven sales track record and have a clear understanding of the online advertising industry, preferably in the in-content advertising space. You will leverage your current network of contacts such that you can “hit the ground running”.

Responsibilities:

• Sell in-content advertising to advertising agencies and direct advertisers
• Proactively prospect and qualify potential new advertisers
• Communicate the value of ContentLink® to advertising agencies and advertisers
• Exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Execute in a fast-paced small team environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in advertising sales, business development and/or online marketing
• On-line experience preferred
• Network of “current” contacts within agency world a big plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Track record of setting and achieving goals and quotas

Senior Account Manager, San Francisco
Reports to: Advertising Services Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the overall client set-up, satisfaction, optimizations, program delivery and post program analysis for advertiser campaigns. In addition the Senior Account Manager will collaborate with sales on campaign upsells and renewals. This person is a primary relationship owner and serves as the liaison between advertisers and/or their agencies and Kontera.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of online ad trafficking and account management.
• Understanding of ad-serving technologies: Atlas, DFA/DFP. Eyeblaster, PointRoll, etc…
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Flash and JavaScript a plus.
• Previous account management work for clients in the Midwest a plus.
• Strong interest in online marketing, consulting, or client service industry. 
• Multi-tasker and able to prioritized several projects at once.
• Professional and timely management of projects that are time sensitive.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills both internally and externally with clients.
• Ability to work in fast-paced ever changing environment.
• Interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships. 
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of website development and technology.
• Fast learner when utilizing internal account management tools.
• Strong understanding of Excel.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Role as main contact once client introductions are completed and all elements for launch received.
• Facilitates creative changes to units as needed.
• Testing of creative.
• Campaign set-up and launch.
• Liaison between client and Kontera.
• Works with client, sales and development on custom implementations once project approved and scoped.
• Campaign optimizations throughout flight dates including daily changes to work towards even delivery and meeting campaign objectives.
• Client reporting (as needed or requested).
• Campaign analysis depending on metrics required.
• Explore campaign upsell opportunities with client and sales – ensure both client and sales are aware of additional inventory available when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales on campaign renewals and expansion of client business.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Attendance at industry events.
• Account reviews.
• May provide historical information and analysis on past campaigns.

Senior C++ infrastructure Engineer, Israel

Job Description:

Join our team to enhance and build infrastructure for our core servers to analyze billions of pages using advanced design and technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in C++ on Linux/Unix environment.
• Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and OO software design.
• Bsc or higher in Computer science.
• Experience with scalable multithreaded applications. 
• Experience with debugging and profiling tools.
• Experience with STL library and templates.
• Teamwork as well as independence and self learning capabilities.
• Knowledge of BOOST library is an advantage.
