General Promotion Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is only for publishers and advertisers that have valid agreements with Kontera and are actively using the ContentLink™ service.



• Each eligible contest participant may only submit one video/short animation regardless of the number of Publisher Websites that utilize the ContentLink™ Service or anything else. The identity of a publisher will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Kontera and/or its authorized agent may, in its sole discretion, determine any publisher’s the eligibility to participate in Kontera promotions.



• Kontera reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to publishers, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance.



• Kontera and/or its authorized agent shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by end users.



• Promotions shall only be valid in the calendar month or other period (as applicable) in which they are advertised to be valid.



• Kontera and/or its authorized agent reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that the publisher, advertiser or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which Kontera and/or its authorized agent in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, Kontera and/or its authorized agent reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such Publisher to the promotion.



• In the event of a dispute, the decision of Kontera will be considered final.
